I trained to share the guidance I once received when I struggled to face life’s physical and emotional challenges. I create spaces where you, men and women, can experience the delicious feeling of finding yourself, of understanding your body and your feelings, of having new options, of knowing who you are authentically.

Sharing my journey with you brings the realisation that it all started with one tiny common
thread : I hate conflict. I studied foreign languages, geopolitics, and co-operation drawn to participating in peace building, in building bridges and improving human connection and communication. I have worked in humanitarian aid, development projects, and social actions in Europe, Africa and Australia hoping to help others to reach peace and be free.

I have moved, travelled and sought this impact outside of myself. But could I be at peace
within? Could I feel free in my own body? Could I communicate with all the parts of me?
Wasn’t I full of inner conflicts?

THE WISDOM OF THE BODY

My body talks to me. It always had. To tell me if I ate something bad, if I pushed too hard, if I took the wrong direction, if I wasn’t aligned It would break, get sick, stop being in motion Sometimes whispering, sometimes screaming it never stops talking But so many times I stopped listening, For many years I considered my body as a burden Through pain, digestive problems, heartbreaks I learnt I needed people and healers to teach me how to create a temple, how to respect it, How to put it back on the driving seat The irritable bowel syndrome taught me the importance of my emotions and how to function with my brain, my guts and my heart to never pull them apart how to be, fully, in that body that I chose Listen to its infinite wisdom and come back home
Western medicine enabled me to check that nothing major was happening but it didn’t help me to understand what was dysfunctioning in my body. Why was I so drained from years of chronic pain, why was it so difficult to digest, why was everyday a struggle with so many emotions to handle, why was my body so inflamed?
Where I grew up, your issue was either physical (in your body) or in your mind (emotional). Where could I go and who could I speak to to be considered as a whole system? I needed more support and guidance, I needed practices to communicate with all the parts of me and I needed practitioners who could connect the dots. These questions led me on a beautiful path of quests, complementary practices and discoveries.
Yoga in its 8 principles means ‘to unite’. I see it as the practice to connect my body, my breath, my heart, my mind, my spirit. It’s my teacher and a tool to come back home on the mat and find my center. I trained to create beautiful yoga flows, to share a balanced practice between our need to move and our need to rest and I invite my students to listen to the rhythm of their own body. It’s the start of great transformations.
My first goal was to understand the message of the body and improve my inner-communication but what I found was more profound. I found a technique to go beyond the stories my mind repeats, to explore my blindspots and I found a space to have compassion for my emotions ; but mostly the practice empowered me to find the inner strength to heal and to change. I trained to offer the same compassionate space that allows profound healing.

Kinesiology sessions were this beautiful place where my body and my mind had an equal role
to play. Through muscle tests, I could understand where the blockages were while also
sharing my emotions or the struggles of my mind. This incredible tool allowed me to find new
perspectives and taught me how subtle and clever our bodies are. I trained to guide others in
understanding what is happening for them, in them, how to feel aligned again.
