What can I expect?

Kinesiology sessions start with a discussion to understand your issue and intention. We then use gentle muscle testing to identify stress points, emotional blocks, or imbalances in your system.
Each session is a unique exploration, helping you to reconnect with yourself in a way that is empowering, gentle, and deeply transformative.
A session lasts for about 1 hour – a bit more for the first meeting. Depending on the issue or the intention, you can decide if you need several sessions. I can advise you if we need to dig deeper and always advise to space out the session of 4 weeks to give you time to integrate both physically and emotionally.
