What is a root cause session?

A Root Cause session is a guided conversation that helps you explore the connection between your physical pain and emotional experiences. Through the art of questioning, we gently uncover the common thread linking your symptoms and feelings, revealing the deeper patterns at play.

I create space for you to validate all parts of you, offering new perspectives, covering some emotional anatomy and inviting you to a deeper sense of self. This process allows you to heal old wounds, communicate with your inner child, navigate blind spots, and resolve inner conflicts—helping you move forward with more clarity and awareness, understanding your deepest needs.

By understanding the root, real change can begin.

Our reactions are actions shaped by past experiences and by emotions trapped in the body. We all have areas in the body that feel weaker, more tense or inflamed, leading us to feel heavy, stuck, or overwhelmed. To shift from re-action to creation, to create something new you need awareness, movement, and new possibilities. When emotions flow freely, so do you.

I am deeply passionate about this work of connecting the dots, knowing the profound power of going beyond the stories we repeat in our mind or beyond the pain we feel in our body.

THE WISDOM OF THE BODY

Root cause practice transformed my life into a chocolate fondue, threw glitters in dark corners, built rainbow bridges towards blindspots, planted seeds in my loneliness and grew flowers in my hopes.

I’m not saying I came out of it as a jumping unicorn or that this work is a cosy bubble bath, but I’m a big believer that we need each other to fully see who we are. That we all need tools and safe places to grow, mostly when we’re lost.

Life is still cloudy but so is the sky

The depth of learning about the connections in our body never ceases to amaze me. But the simplicity of the questions we can use to heal a pain or a trauma is completely mind-blowing.

The power we have to reframe our beliefs is endless. The love we have to forgive the survival reactions we built in our past is endless. The magic created when we let our authentic self exist is endless.
